This Position is contingent on a contract award.

C2C is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced candidate with an active Top Secret clearance to assist the FBI National Acquisitions Programs Unit (NAPU) in performing Business Analysis in support of the acquisition of goods and services for all FBI Field Offices, non-IT products Bureau-wide and related strategic sourcing initiatives, management and execution of Interagency Agreements (IAA), and management of the Government Purchase Card (GPC) program.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Top Secret security clearance

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college

• Two (2) to eight (8) years of business analyst experience

• Educational requirements may be waived if the candidate has ten (10) or more years of experience

• Eight (8) years or more experience in comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting complex documents

• Ability to present information and respond effectively to sensitive issues

• Ability to solve problems involving various complex situations

General responsibilities:

• The Business Analyst formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on customers’ needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

• Devise procedures to solve complex problems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirements specifications.

• Provide consultation on complex projects while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
